You grant CVPilot a license to use, store, and process your content to provide our services to you

5. Payments and Billing

We offer both free and premium features. For premium features:

All purchases are subject to the pricing in effect at the time of purchase
Payments are processed securely through our payment processors
Pricing is clearly displayed before purchase and payments are non-refundable unless required by law
We reserve the right to change pricing with notice for future purchases

6. Acceptable Use Policy

When using our services, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services or systems
Use our services to transmit harmful code or content

Our resume templates are licensed, not sold, to you. Your purchase of a premium template grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for creating your personal resume.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CVPilot and Sweet Zo's, Inc.:

Provide the services "as is" without warranties of any kind
Disclaim all warranties, express or implied
Are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Limit total liability to you for any claims to the amount you paid for our services, or $100 USD if you have not made any payments

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CVPilot, Sweet Zo's, Inc., and our affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, with or without notice, particularly if we believe you have violated these terms. You may also terminate your use of our services at any time.

Upon termination, provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.
