Simple terms for your resume.

The service

You can preview a formatted resume without payment. A $9 USD one-time purchase provides exports of that resume to Google Docs, PDF, and Word, plus three revisions within seven days of payment. There is no subscription. Google Docs export requires a Google account with sufficient Drive storage. A matching cover letter is included when you choose writing improvements and supply a job description.

Your content and review

Submit only material you have permission to use. You keep ownership of your content. You give CVPilot permission to process it to provide the requested service. Formatting mode preserves the wording and order of nonempty lines; spacing and styling change. AI writing suggestions can be inaccurate. Review facts, contact details, layout, and page breaks before submitting a job application.

CVPilot does not promise an interview, job offer, or particular score from an employer’s screening software.

Delivery and access

Your preview is saved with your purchase. Private file access lasts 30 days after payment. Download your files or save them to Google Docs during that period. Files you save remain yours. Keep your purchase link private and use your checkout email to recover access.

Problems and refunds

If an export fails, retry from your purchase page. If we cannot deliver the purchased export, contact sweetzos@cvpilot.app for help or a refund. Other refund requests are reviewed individually. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Fair use

Do not use the service to abuse other people, submit malicious files, evade usage limits, or gain access to another customer’s documents. We may restrict requests that threaten the service’s operation.
