Keep your descriptions factual and editable. The starter arranges the information you enter without writing an application on your behalf.

03

Work beside the school's form

Use the sheet as a source for your answers. Check each question, word limit and declaration on the actual form before submitting it.

Prepare my SNA answer sheet

Prepare your answers before transferring them into the school's required SNA application form. This tool does not complete or submit an official form.

01 Start with your details
Only include details you have permission to share. Check the school's referee requirements. Do not include PPS numbers, signatures or vetting documents.
Add existing CV text Optional

Upload or paste the sections you want to keep. Check the text and remove duplicate details. Enter specialist records separately below; importing does not fill those fields automatically.

Text-based PDF, DOCX, or TXT · up to 4 MB. An upload is processed to extract text; the original file is not retained. Avoid patient, pupil, or confidential client information.
02 Add your employment or relevant experience

Record employment or relevant volunteering in your own words. You can leave this list empty if you do not yet have experience to include.

From notes to document

Keep the facts. Make them easier to read.

This is an answer preparation sheet, not a completed official Standard Application Form. It does not fill school forms or guarantee acceptance. Follow the individual advert and complete the requested form yourself.

  1. Gather your background

Enter your name and contact details, then optionally upload or paste your CV. Keep the school advert and requested form nearby.

  2. Add your experience records

Enter employment, placements and training you want to draw on. Check dates, course names and the duties you actually carried out.

  3. Prepare answers for the form

Generate and copy the preparation sheet free. Optional Google Docs, Word and PDF export costs $9 once. Transfer your reviewed answers into the school's form.

The details

Before you start.

Will this fill the official SNA Standard Application Form?

No. It creates an answer preparation sheet from the details you enter. You must transfer the relevant information into the form requested by the school, complete all remaining questions and declarations, and follow its submission instructions.

Do all SNA vacancies ask for the same form?

No. An advert may request a CV, a Standard Application Form or a school-specific form. Check the actual advert first. This preparation sheet is not a substitute for the document it requests.

Can I start from my existing CV?

Yes. Upload a CV or paste its text as background, then enter the experience records you want on your answer sheet. You review the facts yourself; the tool does not automatically fill specialist school-form fields or check eligibility.

Is the preparation sheet free?

Yes. You can build, review and copy the draft free. Standard export to Google Docs, Word and PDF costs $9 USD once after a free formatting preview. Paying for export does not turn the sheet into an official application form.
